Handle programme administrative duties including student recruitment/ enrolment, class scheduling, orientation and graduation, and student enquiries etc.
Maintain programme schedules and records
Liaise with academic staff and students on administrative matters
Provide secretarial support for meetings and committees
Carry out other tasks as assigned from time to time
資歷要求
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in the IT or related discipline
At least 2 years of solid working experience (in tertiary education is an advantage)
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Putonghua is an advantage)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Well-organised, independent, willing to learn and handle multi-tasks
