Marketing Officer

Department of Marketing & Communications


Handle content drafting and launching for online marketing collaterals such as social media post, text message and eDM
Monitor responses and reply enquiries via WhatsApp and social media with a timely and effective manner
Update details of programmes, courses and events on designated websites accurately and efficiently
Prepare and support marketing events, e.g. venue reservation and set-up, materials preparation, registration report update, onsite support, and attendance report and comment consolidation, etc.
Support marketing related administrative work, e.g. prepare meeting minutes and reports
Handle other duties assigned by supervisor


F.5 or above with a minimum of 3 years of working experience, or Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
Candidate with relevant experience would be preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledgeable in Chinese Word Processing
Familiar with the operation of online social platforms would be advantageous
