Senior Programme Administration Officer

PSE-Programme Administration Unit


Lead different administration teams of the Division
Plan, execute and review administrative flows and logistics support for the Division
Coordinate and organize duties in student recruitment, admission and programme administration
Provide secretarial support to committees
Assist in devising & maintaining systems/workflows for divisional database
Undertake any other duties as instructed by supervisors


Degree holder or above in any discipline
Have at least 5 years solid working experience (experiences in tertiary education is an advantage)
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese/English typing, general internet application and system management
Mature, good interpersonal skills and being a good team player
