Act as the secretaries for academic and quality assurance committees
Provide administrative and logistics support to programme accreditation exercises
Provide administrative support and guidance on the implementation of the quality assurance policies and procedures
Provide administrative support for the internal quality audit and programme review exercises
Perform data entry and verification of programme information
Maintain information and data in the departmental intranet, and the e-platform for the quality assurance mechanism
Provide logistics support for staff development functions/ activities
Perform any ad hoc duties as required by the Supervisor(s)
資歷要求
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Language, Communications or related areas
A minimum of 4 years of working experience, inclusive of 2 years of relevant experience in documentation management and/or compliance auditing
Experience in the tertiary education sector is an advantage
Good communication skills with the ability to work independently
Attentive to details and organized
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
