To support different youth development projects and prepare proposals for funding application
To support the implementation and management of different projects by providing administrative support and work closely with internal and external project partners on project execution
To collect and prepare different data analytics and information on specific topics
To consolidate progress report and provide secretarial support for any committees and working groups of the project
Appointees may be required to travel to Mainland China on need basis
資歷要求
Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ working experience, including 2 years’ relevant work experience in the education sector or in project management
Good communication, management skills and sense of responsibility
Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Candidates with experience in tertiary education is an advantage
