- Manage media inquiries promptly and professionally;
- Plan and execute media publicity events;
- Manage various kinds of editorial and engage effectively with media to enhance the institution's reputation and increase positive press coverage
Content Creation & Management: Develop and gatekeep engaging content for brand building and solicit public support for institution's news publishing via different means, e.g., website news and eDM; and management speeches
Event-related copywriting & liaison: Prepare compelling invitation letters in institute's capacity, and edit and gatekeep MC scripts for publicity events
Institutional-wise & branding publications management: Propose main themes and key messages, align content and gatekeep presentation for external publications
Crisis Communication Management: Act as one of the key advisors and executors in managing crisis situations and handling complaints
Internal Communications and trainings:
- Develop and disseminate work tips to internal staff in enquiries management;
- Supervise communication team conduct regular quality checks on customer service
資歷要求
Bachelor Degree in Communication (Public Relations / Journalism / Marketing) or Translation / Language
A minimum of 8 years of working experience, with 4 years of relevant experience in corporate communications
Proven experience in press and media sectors, and/or higher education institutes requiring press conference and events management work
Highly-organized, attention to detail, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
A demonstrated passion for staying abreast of current affairs and relevant policies
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
