職責
To take up the leadership role in courses development and management of the College
To lead and supervise the department in developing new courses
To lead and supervise the department in monitoring the delivery of training programmes
To coordinate feedbacks from students, teachers and employers in respect of programme review
To assure training courses and programmes meet the requirement of the College and the funding bodies’ quality assurance mechanism
To develop and strengthen partnership with different stakeholders including funding bodies and outside partners
To oversee different service projects to meet and attain all service requirements and targets
To perform other duties as assigned
資歷要求
Degree holder or above
At least 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 5 years at managerial level, team management experience is Must
Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
Proficiency skill in MS office applications
Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
Be mature; possess leadership qualities & strategic mindset, highly motivated and creative, with sound administrative and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
Hands on experience in ERB courses would definitely be an advantage
Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Manager
