Finance/Accounting Manager

Department of Finance

職責

Financial Planning and budgeting – short and long term
Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan
Assist to review current operation procedure and internal controls
Perform financial analysis and reporting on business performance
Mange the project-end closing, reporting process, auditing issues and compliance checks
Being a key member for implementation of new systems and process improvements
Coordinate with mainland team and assist to develop the business models and setup in China
Liaise with various stakeholders from both department and group level
Assist in ad hoc tasks as required

資歷要求

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
At least 8 years of accounting and financial experience in which minimum 2 years in supervisory level in sizable companies with China operations
Experience in institutions / NGOs/ funding project would be an advantage
Familiar with FLEX Account, Chinese Word Processing(倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel)
Strong project management skills with track records. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Self-initiative, highly organized and detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
