On the occasion, 3 HKCT students were awarded the "ERB Outstanding Award for Trainees" for their positive attitudes and outstanding performance in life, career, self-improvement, and resilience in adversity.

One of the recipients of the "ERB Outstanding Award for Trainees" HO Lai Ling, has been working in the garment industry since graduating from high school, starting as an assistant merchandiser and eventually becoming a marketing sales manager. HO has always believed that "knowledge is power", so she has continuously pursued further education while working, acquiring different knowledge to enhance her competitiveness. She subsequently enrolled in HKCT's "Foundation Certificate in Property Facility Management" and "Foundation Certificate in Advanced Security & Property Management" courses, determined to switch paths and embark on a new journey to face new challenges. The other two recipients of the "ERB Outstanding Award for Trainees", TO Chun Kit and CHAN Kwai Yin, accomplished the “Foundation Certificate in Electrical Wireman Training (Intermediate Trade Test)” course and “Foundation Certificate in Property Maintenance” course at HKCT respectively.

LUI Sui King, who studied the "Foundation Certificate in Assistant for Chinese Medical Clinic Training / Foundation Certificate in Theories of Chinese Medicine (Part-time)" course at HKCT, YIP Wing Lam, who studied the "Certificate in Youth Inspiration Training" course, KWOK Man Cheuk, who studied the "Foundation Certificate in Barista Training" course, TSE Sui Yu, who studied the "Foundation Certificate in Physiotherapist Assistant Training" course, and TSANG Wai, who studied the "Foundation Certificate in Electrical Wireman Training (Intermediate Trade Test)" course, were awarded the "ERB Merit Award for Trainees" to encourage and acknowledge their efforts and achievements in the past year.

In addition to students, an instructor, KAN Man Kin, of the "Foundation Certificate in Commercial Photography Assistant Training" course was awarded the “ERB Outstanding Award for Instructors” for his outstanding teaching philosophy and performance in guiding students to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
