Manage the daily operations of multiple campuses and learning centres, organize and arrange facilities support services and general administrative work to ensure efficient and orderly functioning of the premises
Manage and supervise subordinates to ensure smooth teamwork in facility services
Oversee the quality of outsourced services to meet contractual requirements
Acquire and arrange new furniture, equipment, and staffing according to the College's facility development plan
Develop and implement facility management and health and safety regulations to ensure the operation of facility services and support the College's operations
To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
資歷要求
Degree holder in Facilities Management / Property Management / Business Administration or equivalent
With at least 4 years’ working experience, including minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in facilities management
Proficient in MS Office applications (including Excel, MS Word and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成)
Good command of written English and Chinese
Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, flexibility, customer orientation, ability to see things from different perspectives, and capacity to meet tight deadlines
