To oversee the planning and operation of the Employers Services Unit
To develop and expand employers’ network
To plan and develop marketing activities and events with strategic mindset
To liaise with different stakeholders including internal units, NGOs, business and government organizations in attaining service requirement and targets
To coordinate student placement and internship services
To obtain updated market information and explore employment opportunities for students
To perform other duties as assigned by Department Head
資歷要求
Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Public Administration / Business Administration or related discipline
10 years relevant working experience with 5 years at supervisor level
Possess related experience in employers’ network building / employer re-training service and development will be an advantage
Strong in communication, people management and development skills
Willing to take challenge, innovative, mature and diligent working attitude
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Hands on experience in MS Office
