Executive Assistant

Office of Registry

職責

To provide quality counter services to students, colleagues, and visitors
To maintain accurate records of work
To handle student card production and related matters
To provide support to facilitate daily office operations
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

資歷要求

Diploma or above, relevant working experience is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Skills in Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Attentive to detail and willing to learn with a positive attitude
Good organizational skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
A pleasant team player able to work under pressure and with tight schedules
