執行助理

Office of Registry

職責

The appointees will be responsible mainly for one of the following areas:
Registration & Academic Support:
- Assist in campus/course/teacher registration
- Support academic affairs and academic events such as Congregation
- Assist in information management
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
OR
Admissions, Academic Administration & Student Finance:
- Assist in student recruitment, student records, and operation of related systems
- Support examinations, class scheduling, and scholarships
- Provide service to enquiries and events
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

資歷要求

Secondary 6, Diploma
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Skills in Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good organizational skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Be a good team player and able to work under pressure and with tight schedules
