Lead and direct the research activities of the Lion Rock Labs of Cyberspace Security
Supervise a team of researchers and manage the staff, budget, and resources effectively
Oversee and administer research programs and projects, and ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations in research activities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify research opportunities and priorities
Foster collaborations and maintain partnerships with industry partners, academic institutions, and funding agencies
Promote the Labs' research to attract funding, partnerships, and talent
Commercialize the Labs' research or develop products and services based on the Labs' research
資歷要求
PhD or an advanced degree in a relevant field
Minimum 10 years’ experience of research in a relevant field with proven record
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent project management and financial skills
Strong network and relationships with industry partners, academic institutions, and funding agencies
Knowledge of ethical standards and regulations in research activities
