Programme Manager (Applied Learning)

Division of Hospitality & Applied Learning

職責

Liaise with different stakeholders including external parties on programme matters
Undertake programme planning and development
Facilitating communication among a program’s cross-functional team
Assess programme performance, manage and utilize marketing resources across project
Supervise a team of academic staff in the respective team
Strategically guide teammates to ensure the team work effectively towards the program’s objectives and support business initiatives
Carry out academic and student activities e.g. student recruitment & admission
Fulfil teaching duties where required
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor(s)

資歷要求

Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
At least 4 years’ working experience, of which 2 years’ teaching related discipline and, preferably with experience in programme management and external accreditation
Hands-on experience in the management of Applied Learning courses would be an advantage
Demonstrable strong leadership and agility in an ever-changing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
