Programme Administration Assistant / Officer

Center of International Education

職責

Responsible for programme administration support including general enquiries, student recruitment, admission and registration, class scheduling and examination
Liaise with academic staff and students on administrative matters
Provide support for secretarial support to meetings and committees
Provide counter service (one evening shift per week) and handle student enquiries / complaint on non-academic issues
Assist in tasks assigned by the supervisor
Work location: Mong Kok East

資歷要求

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
At least 2 – 4 years of solid administration experience (in vocational training or higher education is an advantage)
Organised, detailed, and good at communicating with people at all levels
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Good written and spoken English and Chinese
Ability to work in a team and willing to take up ad-hoc responsibilities
Candidate with more experience will be considered for Programme Administration Officer
