Facilities Project Officer

Department of Facilities Management

Duties

Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling of various aspects and phases of the facilities projects for the delivery of the project completion with good quality and within budget
Assist in carrying out in-house feasibility studies and preliminary planning for the facilities development projects
Prepare tender document and specification for the Projects of the College
Coordinate the consultant/contractor and college stakeholders to deliver the projects
Responsible for site check on the progress and quality of the Projects
Responsible for proper documentation of the Projects
Assist in developing for facilities improvement and enhancement
Any duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying / Engineering / Construction or equivalent, with at least 4 years of solid related experience
Experience in statutory submission is advantageous
Ability to work independently, to follow up on issues proactively follow up on issues to safeguard the College’s interests
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
Proficiency and strong experience in AutoCAD
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as computer skills
