With the financial support from the Education Bureau through the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS), HKCT established an Online English Learning Platform that emphasizes edutainment in English learning, providing flexible learning styles (merging conventional exercise with drawing, recording audio and taking pictures and videos) to enhance the fun of learning English. Users can adjust their learning schedule according to their ability and the amount of time they can afford. They can learn a wide range of thematic vocabulary and grammar items and also the skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Functions of the platform
- Digitalized reading passages (with built-in pronunciation and dictionary features)
- Multi-media tools (including videos and animations) to introduce language skills and grammatical structures
