HKCT places great importance to maintaining close partnership with employers of all industries, who keenly support our effort in developing local manpower over the years. In collaboration with employers, we arrange a range of activities for students beyond classroom, including recruitment fairs, internship, company visits, seminars and exchange programmes in order to broaden their horizons and boost their confidence, and in turn raise their competitiveness in the job market.
An accumulated 20,000-plus employers have successfully hired suitable people with our free recruitment service as it has helped our graduates to start serving society with what they learned.

In aligning our training programmes to the latest demands of the labour market, HKCT benefits from the numerous “Employers Consultative Committees” across a variety of sectors. The committees exchange up-to-date market information with employers and receive their opinions about HKCT’s curricula and services for our opportune adaptation to market needs.
