Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors

The 4 full-time Higher Diploma programmes offered by HKCT (Computer Science x2, Creative Industries x1, and Tourism and Hospitality x1) and the full-time Higher Diploma programme offered by CTIHE (Sports and Recreation) have been selected to be subsidised under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP). The subsidy will be provided to each eligible local student admitted to these programmes per academic year.

Only local students are eligible for the subsidy under SSSDP.

Higher Diploma in Cybersecurity (Testing and Compliance)

Year 1 Tuition Fee: $69,586

Maximum Subsidy Amount: $23,390

Year 1 Tuition Fee after Deduction of the Maximum Subsidy Amount: $46,196

HKCT is the only institute to offer the higher diploma programme with the SSSDP subsidy in the discipline of “Computer Science”.

Year 1 Tuition Fee: $58,000

Maximum Subsidy Amount: $23,390

Year 1 Tuition Fee after Deduction of the Maximum Subsidy Amount: $34,610

HKCT is the only institute to offer the higher diploma programme with the SSSDP subsidy in the discipline of “Computer Science”.

*HKCT offers the lowest tuition fee after deduction of SSSDP maximum subsidy when comparing with other instituions' higher diploma programmes in the same discipline. Students can enjoy the lowest tuition fee of applying government recognized higher diploma programmes.
