Job Description

Programme Manager (Mainland Programmes)

Division of Design, Technology and Business

Duties

Liaise with different stakeholders, including internal departments and external parties, mainly in Mainland universities, colleges, agencies or organizations on programme matters
Manage the programme operation and ensure QA in franchise programmes with the respective team
Undertake programme planning and development
Facilitate communication among a programme’s cross-functional team
Assess programme performance, manage and unilize marketing resources across the project
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Candidates should have Master degree in the relevant disciplines
At least 2 years’ post-qualification teaching experience in tertiary education
Relevant experience in the management of mainland programme would be an advantage
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Appointees should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Travel to Mainland China is required
