Job Description

Part-time Programme Coordinator / Assistant

Division of Languages and General Studies

Duties

To communicate with teachers, students and other stakeholders on a daily basis to facilitate programme operation
To assist in promotional activities and student recruitment of the programme
To provide data analysis and ensure the quality of the programme
To perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Degree holder or above
At least 4 years working experience, of which 2 years’ experience in programme operation and/or coordination
Good written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
A pleasant team player able to work under pressure and with tight schedules
