Job Description

IT Officer

Department of Information Technology

Duties

Provide daily technical and operation support to end-users

Prepare user guidelines for system operations and maintenance

Handle procurement, maintenance renewal of IT hardware and software and assist tender evaluation of IT related facilities

Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Technology or a related discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience

Experience / knowledge / skills in some of the following areas will be an advantage:

i. Firewall and WAF Policy, Switching and Routing, VPN, Cloud Infrastructure

ii. Adobe CC, VISIO, MS OFFICE

iii. Putty, Anydest, vCenter, Veeam, SAN

Good interpersonal skills, self-initiative and be a good team player
