HKCT Higher Education provides part-time and full-time programmes that award bachelor’s degrees, higher diplomas, Diploma Yi Jin (DYJ) and diplomas in disciplines including sports, humanities and social sciences, early childhood education, accounting and business, information technology, creative design and media production, tourism and hospitality, languages and corporate communication, beauty services.

Centre of International Education (CIE) of Hong Kong College of Technology offers a wide variety of local and overseas postsecondary programmes to promote life-long learning. All the programmes are well designed to cater for the need of working adults. CIE delivers master, bachelor, higher / professional diploma and certificate programmes which can serve as an articulation pathway for those who would like to advance in their career.

HKCT School of Vocational Training (SVT) is among the first batch of non-subsidized institutions approved by the government to conduct the training courses (formerly named Retraining Programmes) under the Employees Retraining Board since 1992. SVT have trained more than 320,000 trainees since its establishment.
